Our approach

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our working standard. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a finished project, and we continue to review and improve the site.

If you have difficulty using or accessing any part of this site, email us at care@brownbabee.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Please tell us the page you were on and what you were trying to do. We will respond within 3 business days.

If any part of the site is not accessible to you, we will work with you to provide the information, product, or transaction you need through another method that works for you.

Third-party content

Some features on our site are provided by third parties, including our reviews and subscription tools. We do not control how those services are built, but we consider accessibility when selecting partners and we want to hear about barriers you encounter with them.
