Shipping Destinations

We ship within the United States only. We are not shipping internationally at this time.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times

Standard shipping arrives in 4 to 10 business days. Express shipping arrives in 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times begin when your order ships, not when it is placed.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.

Address corrections

If you need to correct a shipping address, email care@brownbabee.com

as soon as possible. We can update an address only before an order ships.

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
